Peer Recovery Support Program

We understand that recovery is a team effort.

That’s why CBA members have access to peer support during treatment and recovery for substance use. This service is available through CBA's partnership with MAP Care Solutions. Peer recovery support specialists will provide support and guidance for individuals and their families during the first 12 months of their journey. MAP’s recovery support specialists are nationally certified and have personal experience with addiction and recovery.

Support Sessions

Through ongoing support sessions, your matched peer specialist can help you plan and navigate needs like:

  • Housing
  • Transportation
  • Employment
  • Life skills

You will receive two to four sessions per month via telehealth with your dedicated specialist. You will also have access to a support line that is available 24/7. All sessions are completely confidential.

The first year is critical to reaching long-term recovery. Success in sustaining recovery after treatment can be higher when peer support is added to a collaborative and proactive treatment plan.

You don’t have to worry about getting through these challenging times alone. The peer support program is designed to provide customized support to help you achieve your personal recovery goals.
