Basic Behavioral Health
Our Basic Behavioral Health option was the first product we offered. It's also our most affordable. With this product, we help members deal with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders and more. We also offer programs that bridge to network and community resources. Members have access to our licensed clinical staff and to our extensive network of behavioral health providers.
The Basic Behavioral Health option also offers the following services:
- Management of inpatient care.
- Provider referrals.
- Authorization for institutional behavioral health services.
- Verification of credentials if a network provider is not available.
